February 5 Block

I've never made a fabric yo-yo before.  It was really fun and amazingly easy!  This square will have to have beads on the background because I would hate to ruin the puffiness of the yo-yo.  For truly phenomenal yo-yo quilts, check out the work of Shin-hee Chin.  I've seen this piece at a quilt show, and the photo barely does it justice....
